Braised Beef Over Potatoes

Ingredients: stew meat,water,french onion soup mix, steak and mushroom soup mix, cut up peeled potatoes
Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 3 hours, 10 min
Difficulty: easy

1. Brown 4 lbs stew meat in Dutch oven
2. Add 6 cups of water, add 2 pkg french onion soup mix
3. Cook for 3 hours over fire
4. Add 2 to 4 cups of water
5. Add 2 pkg of steak and mushroom gravy mix
6. Let simmer and stir ocassionaly for 10 min
7. Serve over cut up cooked potatoes.
